The experience includes:

• The bread from Ferrara: The adventure starts at a historic
  bakery. Here you will admire how
  to make the typical local bread:
  the ‘Ferrarese couple’. It was born
  in the 1536 during the Este
  Duchy. The famous ‘couple’ is
  characterized by a particular shape
  of two croissants of bread twisted
  and joined together.
• Taste the Pampepato: Continuing the journey in absolute
  harmony you will also learn about
  another product that has obtained
  the PGI brand: the real
  ‘panpepato’. It is a dessert made
  with. chocolate, spices and dried fruit
  The recipe is from the 15th century. It
  will surely leave you satisfied for its
  excellent qualities and its unique taste.
• Food and Wines: During the final tasting experience
  you will taste the typical salami
  from Ferrara area or, optionally,
  ‘cappellacci di zucca’, tortelli
  stuffed with squash. All served
  with the typical Bosco Eliceo
  wines, whose history comes from
  five hundreds years ago.
