The experience is almost over but you cannot say bye without tasting frogs! Fresh frogs cooked in many different ways. There will be a selection of frogs as a starter, followed by a special risotto made with frogs, frogs “in umido”. Afterwards you will keep on tasting other different and delicious dishes of the tradition.
