A short transfer by public bus will bring us to Giglio Castello, where our walking tour to Poggio della Pagana will start. At Poggio della Pagana we will enjoy an amazing view on the entire island, the sea and all the islands composing the Tuscan Archipelago. Back to Giglio Castello, we will browse the hamlet, true jewel of medieval architecture. Strolling along the tiny alleys, we will discover suggestive little squares, the impressive town walls and towers, the Aldobrandi stronghold and the Church of San Pietro Apostolo with its treasures. Then, we will walk along the ancient windy mule track, immersed in the Holm Oaks to our final destination, Giglio Porto.
