La Pineta Restaurant

Beautiful restaurant with typical Ogliastrina cuisine. La Pineta was born thanks to Cesare Nieddu in 1977 in the village of Arzana. The dish that must be tried first of all is that of the famous culorgiones stuffed with a stringy cheese, here it is possible to taste them with the four seasonings: tomato sauce, asparagus cream, porcini cream, thyme sauce. The roast of veal is definitely the second course of the dish.
