Entering the nuragic complex of San Salvatore, the 21st century is abandoned to be catapulted into an environment that developed over 4,000 years ago and that maintains its primitive charm. On the site you will find a nuraghe (a trilobate complex on the edge of which there are the remains of numerous nuragic huts), a domus de janas (literally houses of fairies or witches, or hypogeal tombs dug into the rock), a tomb of giants (a monument made up of collective burials belonging to the Nuragic age according to a typology present throughout Sardinia) and some menhirs. Immersed in nature and with a splendid view of the sea, which can be had from some points, you will understand why over 4 millennia ago man had decided to build his house here.
