The experience includes:

  • Cappellacci with Squash: To start a fabulous adventure, you
    will love the demonstration of a “sfoglina” who will teach you how
    to prepare the homemade pasta. She
    will use some genuine ingredients,
    like fresh eggs from the chicken.
    You will will prepare some
    “Cappellacci di zucca”: stuffed
    tortelli and typical dish of Ferrara
  • Salama da Sugo: To continue the experience, you will
    taste some typical products like Salama da sugo Igp whose origins
    date back to the Medici and
    Estensi families. The tasty salama is
    made with a mixture of pork,
    minced with red wine, salt, black
    pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves
    will be served with mashed potatoes!
  • Torta called Tenerina: Finally, you will be able to taste
    the magical ‘torta tenerina’, a
    typical dessert of Ferrara. It is a
    delicious chocolate cake that
    nobody can resist: will it be due
    to the fragrant external crust or to
    its consistency that melts in your
    mouth every time you bite it?
