The experience includes:

• Exploring the zoo: In a wonderful farmhouse around the
  countryside in Ferrara you can visit a
  special and rare home runned zoo
  with some special animals. You
  could get in touch with a relaxed
  athmosfere, nature and animals
  behavior and visit a beautiful
  location. Enjoy the experience!
• Cooking a dessert: Have you ever cooked a sweet and
  tender dessert from an original recipe
  from Ferrara? Carrying on with the
  experience you will be introduced to a
  fieldwork with no previous. Put your
  hands in flavour, eggs, chocolate,
  mandels and prapare desserts with only
  traditional recipes. You will soon
  become a dessert master!
• Taste sweet desserts: A tasting experience to end. A
  selection of the original desserts from
  Ferrara. You will enjoy tenerina,
  ciambella otherwised called
  “brazadela” in dialect, a cake with a
  fine type of crunchy pasta on top,
  mandulin dal ponte (sort of cookies),
  and zuppa inglese translated as
  english soup!
