Description
The experience includes:
- Stories and traditions: Welcome to Marrara, the most
famous location around Ferrara where
frogs are eaten! A traditional
space in the countryside and in
the nature where you can see how
frogs are treated and at the end
cooked. You immerse yourself into
the traditions and you will be guided
by experts that since many years ago
have been working on this product! - Prepare and Fry: The second part of the experience
will even be more special! You will
cook the frog. You will just have to
follow experts advice and the result
will be absolutely amazing! You
will mainly cook fried frogs. So put
your hands in some flour, grab a frog,
dip it and fry it and enjoy the process! - Frogs in the kitchen: The experience is almost over but you
cannot say bye without tasting frogs!
Fresh frogs cooked in many different
ways. There will be a selection of
frogs as a starter, followed by a
special risotto made with frogs, frogs “in
umido”. Afterwards you will keep
on tasting other different and
delicious dishes of the tradition.
