The Vigne Surrau winery was born around the idea of ​​being together, which allow you to live unique experiences and moments. The welcoming becomes the reference point of every activity and in fact, inside the Cellars Surrau, you will find a space without barriers, which can be observed from the inside, taking you by the hand through a journey to discover the history of its wine, in places of vinification and refinement.
The visit will start with a walk in the vineyard, to discover the “Terroir” Gallurese through food and wine stories, followed by the one in the cellar, where you will be shown the route from the harvesting-crushing of the grapes to the wine bottling. Afterwards you can admire a contemporary art exhibition in the cellar, followed by a tasting of five wines, accompanied by Carasau bread and Guttiau bread, handmade and cooked in a wood oven, olives, Grananglona ​​Sardinian cheese, Bottarga and Sedano together with a selection of Sardinian meats and cheeses.
